origami madness

today i spent 40mins trying to figure out how to fold an owl.
the end product was quite messy but it still looks like a decent owl

nic and i were gushing on and on about how awesome it would be to incorporate origami into
design, packaging, whatever.

and i just found another way to use it.. in a music video!

this isn't really origami but more like pop-ups. same same!

gameboy/gamegirl

this australian group is so weird... but after listening to them for awhile..
i am strangely catching on to this song, golden ghetto sex.

my 2 favourite parts of this video is the first bit when he sings 'fruit salad'
while riding a banana (so wrong and funny), and at the 1:18, some 3/4s into the mtv

no silence

its about mid week..
i bet everyone's stressing about school/work/whatever.
because i am.

sometimes music helps to destress. hope these do the same for you too..

and more..

feist - i feel it all

the new pornographers - myriad harbour

van morrison - sweet thing

of montreal - so begins our alabee

johnathan richman - that summer feeling
