Canine-reptile
To lighten things up, I found this on Monster-Munch's blog.
It got me chuckling despite my moodiness.
Pour a little salt
I've been pretty down and out of late.
Or perhaps, it is just the usual Monday blues that is creating a mellower mood.

Gordon and Grace
My sister got married over the weekend.
The wedding was a simple affair.
Family and friends whom we've not seen in awhile came by.
It was lovely seeing them again.
I shall post more photos when I do get my hands on them

I want to ride my bicycle
via fffound
I still remember the times I would ride my bicycle to the train station or back home from the station. Once, I collided with another cyclist and flew onto the grass patch nearby. Another time, my bicycle got stolen. Sometimes cycling in the scorching hot sun, other times holding an umbrella in one hand while cycling in the pouring rain (not a drizzle mind you). Fun times.
Now I'm just settling for the bus because I'm not feeling up for it. Soon, I will get back to my bicycle riding days. Soon.

A space of her own
While digesting my daily dosage of visuals, I came across this lovely work studio of Lisa Congdon via Design Sponge. Weird collections and an array of colours, I immediately wished I had a space of my own like that too.
Currently, a few others and I are in the midst of creating something big. If all goes well, we will have a space of our own too. Wait for the good news. I'm psyched.

Well-suited

Jason Schwartzman in a wool flannel double breasted blazer.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt in a waistcoat in Esquire June 2009.
Okay, not quite a suit, but still very stylish.
Matt Dallas.
Black Worsted Wool Suit.
Chalk Striped Shirt.
Knit Tie.
Grosgrain Patchwork Belt made from Vintage Men's Shop Labels.

And of course, the boys from Entourage.
There is something about men in properly fitted suits that I can't quite put my finger on. It's this simple elegance that makes my head turn all the time.
I really dig men in suits.
So, in the words of Barney Stinson, "Suit up!"

Back
After planning the biggest event ever (kudos to everyone who was a part of it), catching up on sleep and getting that degree (yes, my friends, I have graduated), I am back. Oh yes, am I back.
2009 will be the most unforgettable year of my life.
But, it is not over. And I plan to rock the rest of it.
